For over 100 years, Cup Pigs have been used to maintain pipelines. A standard pig consists of polyurethane pig cups which are manufactured to the outside diameter of the pipe. The Disc Pig range was developed to meet the need for bi-directional pigging. The action of the bi-directional discs on the wall ensures efficient removal of fluid and debris, making iNPIPE PRODUCTS'™ Disc Pigs ideal for water filling and evacuation as well as product batching.

Also utilised for hydrostatic testing operations, the pig design allows accurate sizing of discs, ensuring optimum sealing performance. The Flexicast Pig is suitable for use in crude, oil, natural and industrial gases, vegetable oils and effluents. It is also available in FDA approved Food Grade Material.

iNPIPE PRODUCTS' ™ pipeline Spheres are an effective way to separate or batch different grades of products in multi-product pipelines. Inflated with a combination of water and glycol mix our Spheres are recommended for inflation up to 5% on the uninflated OD of the Sphere. It is useful for meter proving and pipeline evacuation. The Sphere is available in FDA approved Food Grade Material.
